In very rare cases (under 0.01% of orders) where a package is delayed over 60 days, we will issue a full refund right away. If the package eventually shows up at your door, you can keep it for FREE!
For the Rest of the World (International):
For countries not on our "Selected" list, delivery can sometimes take 35 to 45 days depending on local postal speeds. Every international order includes full tracking. If your package takes more than 100 days, we will give you a full refund or send a free replacement—your choice. Just like our standard policy, if the delayed package finally arrives after the refund, it is yours to keep at no cost.

Order Processing Time

Spervi ships all over the world, but some local customs offices require specific ID numbers to clear packages. If you live in a country listed below, please add your ID number in the Notes Section at checkout.
Countries Requiring Personal ID Information:
- Brazil: CPF (Individuals) or CNPJ (Businesses).
- Italy: Codice Fiscale (Tax Code).
- Spain: Número de Identificación Fiscal (NIF).
- China: National ID number.
- Russia: Passport number or Tax Identification Number.
- South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
- Turkey: Turkish Identification Number (T.C. Kimlik No.).
- India: Certain carriers require a TAX ID or Personal ID number.
Important Notice: Customs will check this ID before releasing your package. The ID must exactly match the name on the order. If this information is missing, customs might hold or return your item, which causes significant delays.
